All products purchased from this website are to be used in accordance of safety regulations and to be supervised by an adult at all times.

Lodging a Warranty Request

To claim under warranty you can return the defective goods to us at your expense, together with proof of purchase, within the warranty period. You will be requested to provide a description of the defect and your personal details. We will inspect the returned product. If upon inspection of the goods returned determines that the defect is covered by warranty, it will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If determined the defect is not covered by the warranty, you will be sent a full explanation and the goods shall be returned to you at your expense. If the product is found defective within the warranty period and is repaired, this will not extend the original warranty period.

Shipping and deliveries 

If different products are placed on the same order, the delivery time on each product may vary due to the dispatch may be from separate warehouses. Please note that due to Co-vid and lockdowns that we are experiencing, the delivery times may be longer than expected.
